KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems.
* Manage IP addressing, network connectivity, and internet-related issues across the organization.
* Monitor and maintain company servers, network security, and backup systems.
* Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, and network-related problems.
* Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and IT infrastructure.
* Support ERP system operations, especially Odoo, and ensure smooth system performance.
* Diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity and network performance issues.
* Maintain IT asset inventory, network documentation, and system records.
* Collaborate with the IT team to improve infrastructure reliability and cybersecurity.
* Ensure proper maintenance and uptime of office IT equipment and communication systems.
