Key Responsibilities:
• Develop HR strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
• Oversee talent management, employee development, and succession planning.
• Handle employee relations and ensure legal compliance.
• Lead performance management, compensation, and benefits programs.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and diversity.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and employment laws
Qualifications:
• HR qualification with 7+ years of experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR practices, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with HR software tools.
• Fluency in Tamil and proximity to Panadura will be considered added advantages.
