Housekeeping Executive

    Educational Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Housekeeping, or a related field.
• G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualification is an added advantage.
• Professional housekeeping/hospitality training is preferred.

    Experience

• Usually 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping or hotel operations.
• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Housekeeping Attendant is an advantage.
• Experience in a manufacturing company or similar.

   Key Skills

• Good knowledge of cleaning and housekeeping procedures.
• Team leadership and staff supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Ability to manage housekeeping schedules and inspections.
• Inventory and linen management.
• Problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.
• Audit process (GSV, SQP & SMETA) added advantage

   Other Requirements

• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Good grooming and professional appearance.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet high cleanliness standards.
• Age: between 35- 40 and Male preferred.
