We distribute our bicycles through our nationwide dealer network and also export to numerous overseas destinations, including the United States, India, Maldives, Germany, and the Netherlands. We have added many innovative new products to our portfolio, like e-bikes, Echo haulers, and e-3 wheelers.
With our rapid expansion, we are seeking self-motivated individuals who are willing to take on challenges to fill the following vacancies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and engage customers in the showroom, providing personalized assistance based on their needs.
· Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs through proactive sales efforts.
· Process sales transactions and handle customer queries in a professional and efficient manner.
· Ensure the showroom is visually appealing, clean, and well-organized.
· Work closely with the showroom manager to maintain optimal stock levels and order new products when necessary.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
· Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail or showroom environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
· Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
· Ability to work well within a team and independently.
· High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing
