We distribute our bicycles through our nationwide dealer network and also export to numerous overseas destinations, including the United States, India, Maldives, Germany, and the Netherlands. We have added many innovative new products to our portfolio, like e-bikes, Echo haulers, and e-3 wheelers.
With our rapid expansion, we are seeking self-motivated individuals who are willing to take on challenges to fill the following vacancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead and manage the entire sales team across regions or verticals
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Set and track sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior leadership
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of proven experience in sales leadership roles
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
