With our rapid expansion, we are seeking self-motivated individuals who are willing to take on challenges to fill the following vacancies. 

Responsibility

• Develop and lead the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with standards (ISO, GMP, etc.).
• Define quality strategy and objectives aligned with business goals.
• Ensure regulatory and customer compliance across all products and processes.
• Oversee quality assurance and quality control activities, including inspections, audits, and testing.
• Lead internal and external audits, including supplier and certification audits.
• Handle non-conformance, CAPA, and risk management to prevent recurring issues.
• Drive product and process quality performance, reducing defects and improving reliability.
• Lead and mentor the quality team, ensuring training and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Production, R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory).
• Monitor quality KPIs and reporting to senior management.
• Ensure supplier quality management, including qualification and performance monitoring.
• Support customer satisfaction through complaint handling and quality issue resolution.

Qualifications 

• Degree in Engineering/ Quality
• 10+ years experience in quality
• ISO + Certified Quality Manager (CQM)
• Leadership in audits, QMS, compliance
• Strong strategic and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with an innovative mindset.
• Risk management and problem-solving skills
