pioneers in Bicycle manufacturing in the country, with a heritage spanning 50 years. We distribute our bicycles through our nationwide dealer network and also export to numerous overseas destinations, including the United States, India, Maldives, Germany, and the Netherlands. We have added many innovative new products to our portfolio, like e-bikes, Echo haulers, and e-3 wheelers.


With our rapid expansion, we are seeking self-motivated individuals who are willing to take on challenges to fill the following vacancies.


 Responsibilities

  • • Oversee daily operations to ensure business activities run smoothly and efficiently.
  • • Improve processes and productivity by identifying inefficiencies and implementing better systems.
  • • Manage resources including staff, budgets, equipment, and materials.
  • • Lead and support teams through supervision, training, performance management, and motivation.
  • • Ensure quality control by maintaining standards in products, services, and internal workflows.
  • • Coordinate across departments (finance, HR, sales, logistics) to align operations with company goals.
  • • Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare operational reports for leadership.
  • • Handle compliance and risk management by ensuring adherence to laws, safety rules, and company policies.
  • • Support strategic planning by contributing to long-term operational and business growth plans.
  • • Manage supply chain and logistics (if applicable), including vendors, inventory, and distribution.


Qualification

  • ·        Personal Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field
  • ·        Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role
  • ·        Strong knowledge of business processes, workflow planning, and performance improvement
  • ·        Excellent leadership, team supervision, and staff development skills
  • ·        Ability to manage budgets, resources, and operational costs effectively
  • ·        Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • ·        Experience with KPI tracking, reporting, and operational strategy execution
  • ·        Effective communication and coordination across departments
  • ·        Knowledge of compliance, safety standards, and organizational policies
  • ·        Proficiency in operations software, MS Office, and data management tools
