We distribute our bicycles through our nationwide dealer network and also export to numerous overseas destinations, including the United States, India, Maldives, Germany, and the Netherlands. We have added many innovative new products to our portfolio, like e-bikes, Echo haulers, and e-3 wheelers.

With our rapid expansion, we are seeking self-motivated individuals who are willing to take on challenges to fill the following vacancies.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Manager to oversee and optimise our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and robust security. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing system implementations, coordinating ERP solutions, and collaborating across departments to align technology with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in IT systems management or a related leadership role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture, cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure), and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with system administration (Windows/Linux), databases, networks, and virtualization technologies.
• Proven leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, PMP, ITIL) are highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing hybrid on-premise/cloud environments.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or industry-specific enterprise software.
• Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and service contracts effectively.
