 Job description

     We are seeking a motivated IT Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, assist with software and hardware development, and help manage our ERP systems and tech savvy.

    Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree or Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
• Basic understanding of Windows/Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common networking concepts.
• Familiarity with IT hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, routers, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Preferred (Optional):

• Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, or basic scripting.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow).
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or equivalent
