Production Manager

We distribute our bicycles through our nationwide dealer network and also export to numerous overseas destinations, including the United States, India, Maldives, Germany, and the Netherlands. We have added many innovative new products to our portfolio, like e-bikes, Echo haulers, and e-3 wheelers.


With our rapid expansion, we are seeking self-motivated individuals who are willing to take on challenges to fill the following vacancies. 


Responsibility

  • Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Lead and supervise production teams, ensuring effective workforce utilization and performance management.
  • Coordinate with production planning, procurement, maintenance, and logistics departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor production efficiency, reduce downtime, and implement corrective actions to address operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety regulations, and manufacturing procedures.
  • Manage production budgets, control costs, and minimize waste through efficient resource management.
  • Maintain equipment reliability by coordinating preventive maintenance and addressing breakdowns promptly.
  • Prepare and present production reports on performance, KPIs, capacity, and operational challenges to senior management.
  • Support new product introductions, process improvements, and staff training for enhanced productivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment, with several years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of production planning, process control, and capacity management.
  • Proven leadership skills to manage production teams, improve performance, and ensure workforce efficiency.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and production reporting tools.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with quality standards, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Capability to manage budgets, reduce waste, and improve overall operational productivity.
