We distribute our bicycles through our nationwide dealer network and also export to numerous overseas destinations, including the United States, India, Maldives, Germany, and the Netherlands. We have added many innovative new products to our portfolio, like e-bikes, Echo haulers, and e-3 wheelers.
With our rapid expansion, we are seeking self-motivated individuals who are willing to take on challenges to fill the following vacancies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems.
* Manage IP addressing, network connectivity, and internet-related issues across the organization.
* Monitor and maintain company servers, network security, and backup systems.
* Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, and network-related problems.
* Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and IT infrastructure.
* Support ERP system operations, especially Odoo, and ensure smooth system performance.
* Diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity and network performance issues.
* Maintain IT asset inventory, network documentation, and system records.
* Collaborate with the IT team to improve infrastructure reliability and cybersecurity.

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium

- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
