ISO, Audit & Compliance Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team with expertise in quality management, ISO systems, and compliance audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Handle third-party compliance audits (SQP, GSV, SMETA, etc.) and ensure timely closure of non-conformities.
• Manage documentation control, process mapping, and SOP development.
• Conduct production process analysis and monitor KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Assist in quality control activities and coordinate with production teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in handling ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 systems.
• Hands-on experience with third-party compliance audits and corrective actions.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles, documentation, and record management.
• Ability to analyze production data and drive process improvements.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Ability to work as a Production Coordinator will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with HR software or ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) will be an advantage.
