HR Executive / HR Manager

We distribute our bicycles through our nationwide dealer network and also export to numerous overseas destinations, including the United States, India, Maldives, Germany, and the Netherlands. We have added many innovative new products to our portfolio, like e-bikes, Echo haulers, and e-3 wheelers.


With our rapid expansion, we are seeking self-motivated individuals who are willing to take on challenges to fill the following vacancies.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end Hr functions including recruitment, on-boarding, Payroll and compliance. 
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Oversee Employee Relations, Disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.
  • Drive Training and Development programs to enhance workforce skills.
  • Implement performance appraisal systems and retention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, ethical practices, and audit requirements (GSV, SMETA, ISO standards)  
  • Foster a positive and productive work culture.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven Experience in HR Executive / Manager role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle Confidential information with integrity and professionalism. 
  • Experience with HR software system (Odoo).
