Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely output
• Prepare and manage production schedules based on demand and capacity
• Monitor production progress and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
• Communicate with production teams, supervisors, and other departments for effective coordination
• Track raw material requirements and support inventory planning to avoid shortages
• Assist in resolving production issues such as delays, equipment problems, or staffing needs
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company production policies
• Support quality control processes to maintain product standards
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for timely delivery of materials and finished goods

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or coordination roles
• Strong understanding of production processes, scheduling, and workflow planning
• Ability to coordinate with production teams, suppliers, and management effectively
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail for tracking materials, output, and deadlines
• Problem-solving skills to handle production delays and operational challenges
• Knowledge of inventory control and supply chain coordination
• Proficiency in MS Office and production planning/ERP software
• Good communication and teamwork skills to ensure smooth production operations
