We distribute our bicycles through our nationwide dealer network and also export to numerous overseas destinations, including the United States, India, Maldives, Germany, and the Netherlands. We have added many innovative new products to our portfolio, like e-bikes, Echo haulers, and e-3 wheelers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s/MBA is an advantage)
• Extensive experience in senior operations management or general management roles
• Strong expertise in business operations, process improvement, and strategic planning
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multiple departments effectively
• Excellent knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial performance management
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and risk management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing operational policies and long-term business strategies
• Ability to monitor KPIs, drive performance improvements, and ensure operational excellence
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of compliance, safety standards, and industry regulations
• Proficiency in operations systems, ERP software, and performance reporting tools
