Assistant Accountant

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, statements, and records.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Support in the preparation of tax filings and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with audits and financial inspections as needed.
  • Stay updated on accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.


Requirements:


  • AAT fully qualified or partly qualified of Chartered, ZIMA, or ACCA.
  • Minimum of five year of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
