Junior / Entry-Level Merchandiser Coordination Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior/Entry-Level Merchandising Coordination Executive to support our commercial and supply chain operations. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience who are eager to learn and build a career in supply chain, logistics, or international customer coordination.

The role involves assisting with shipping planning, tracking shipment schedules, coordinating with international customers, and supporting communication between the production team, management, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in coordinating shipments for international customer orders

* Support tracking of shipment schedules, including ETA / ETD

* Communicate with international customers regarding order and shipment updates

* Assist in coordinating between production, management, and customers

* Update order and shipment details in the Odoo ERP system

* Support preparation and checking of basic shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, etc.)

* Follow up with internal teams and logistics partners under supervision

* Maintain simple records and reports related to orders and shipments

Qualifications & Experience:

* Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field

* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

* 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, shipping, or merchandising is an advantage

* Candidates with 2–5 years of experience as a Merchandiser with shipping exposure will also be considered

* Basic knowledge or interest in supply chain and logistics processes

* Exposure to ERP systems is an advantage; Odoo experience is a plus

Skills & Personal Attributes:

* Basic communication skills in English (written and verbal)

* Willingness to learn and follow instructions

* Good coordination and follow-up skills

* Attention to detail

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, ERP systems)

* Ability to work well with production and office teams
